Please find attached details of payment for spa products which we received today.

I have to tell you we are in love with our new spa. It is hard to believe that it took 12 months to get it out of the back yard & onto the deck- they say good things come to those who wait.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and obvious expertise. It was apparent from the moment you walked in that you knew your stuff and that made me feel much more relaxed, particularly when the complexity of what was going on with our spa became evident. You showed me more about my spa in 10 minutes that I have learned in the 12 years we've owned it! Your persistence, patience and commitment to doing the job right was a refreshing change from many service people that are available today. If at any time I am able to provide a reference or testimonial for you, I would be only too happy to do so. You are a gem, and not to be taken for granted. I look forward to dealing with you in the future (although, not too often as it would generally mean something had gone wrong!!!)

First of all a very big thank's from us for the help that you provided today on such short notice and this close to christmas. Brylie said that you were a very big help in helping us understanding our spa. You showed great expertise in assessing the fault with our spa and fixing it in a timly matter. 

Brylie mentioned you may be able to send us a cheat sheet related to the operation of our spa. That would be greatly appreciated.
